COME AS YOU ARE.

Every session is live.
Every session is different.

Sound Sanctuary sessions are not recordings, playlists, or guided meditations. Mike plays live — reading the room, layering instruments, and shaping the sound in real time based on what the group needs.

Each session draws from the full instrument collection: handpan, gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, bells, chimes, Native flute, and percussion. The combination and sequence changes every time.

You lie back, close your eyes, and let the sound do the work. That's it. No effort, no technique, no experience required.

Instruments in the Collection

Gongs

Deep, resonant waves that move through the body. One of the most powerful instruments in sound healing — felt as much as heard.

Handpan

Floating, melodic tones that settle the nervous system quickly. Ideal for opening a session or guiding a transition.

Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls

Sustained harmonic tones that promote deep relaxation. Among the most researched modalities in sound therapy.

Bells & Chimes

High-frequency tones that cut through mental noise. Particularly effective for anxiety and overthinking.

Percussion

Rhythmic grounding that synchronizes brainwaves and anchors the body. Used to open and close sessions.

Native Flute

Earthy, grounding tones rooted in indigenous healing traditions. Woven in as a bridge between heavier instruments.

Ways to Experience Sound.

Group Sound Bath

A Few Things to Know.

Arrive Early

Sessions begin on time — we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in, get comfortable, and let the outside world fade away. Out of respect for everyone in the room, we're not able to admit latecomers once the session has started.

Go Fragrance-Free

Please skip the perfume, cologne, or heavily scented products on session days. Sound healing is a sensory experience, and strong fragrances can be distracting — or genuinely uncomfortable — for others in the room. Your natural self is more than welcome.

Dress Comfortably

Wear whatever you'd be comfortable lying still in for 35 minutes. Loose, layered clothing works well — the studio is climate-controlled but bodies cool down during deep relaxation.

Silence Your Phone

Fully off or on airplane mode — not just silent. The room is quiet enough that vibrations are audible. One notification is all it takes to pull everyone out of a deep state.

No Effort Required

You don't need to meditate, focus, or do anything in particular. Just show up, lie down, and let the sound do the work. If you fall asleep, that's fine — your nervous system is still receiving, and you're actually in the most healing state.
